Return and Refund Policy
At BUY iT SELL iT, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personal hygiene products once opened
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@buyitsellit.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If you paid via Paystack, the refund will be credited back to your card or bank account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at Contact Us.
